Division 6 Operations Weekend

Division 6 is hosting its first ever Ops Weekend October 18th and 19th.

This event will feature seven or more layouts with two sessions Saturday and one Sunday across central Ohio.

The goal of this event is to introduce members to operations and operationally based layouts.  Additionally, hopefully it will encourage more Division members to design or adapt their layouts for operations.

Experienced and rookie operators are encouraged to participate as all of the layout owners can accommodate operations newcomers and match you up with a job or experienced operator to help guide you.

Above all, the main goal is to HAVE FUN RUNNING TRAINS WITH A PURPOSE.

Registration

The Operating Sessions website will be used to describe the layouts and manage the operating session slot sign up for the event.  If you have not used Operating Sessions before, click here to register.  This website is managed by a member of the Operations Special Interest Group (OpSIG) and you don't have to worry about them selling your information or spamming your email.  You can sign up for their weekly update which will inform you about local and national operating sessions.
