Michael Wolf, MMR®

West Valley Union Railroad (HO)

Mike models the West Valley Union Railroad, a proto freelanced railroad set in western Pennsylvania in the transition era.  This two level layout is focused on operations with ample staging, numerous industrial areas, engine terminal, and a freight and passenger yard.  The double track mainline on the lower level also allows for continuous running.  The branch line to the upper deck is focused primarily on coal and lumber while the lower level features a large industrial area with 13 industries to work each operating session.  Scenery is 85% complete and features number water effects and over 1500 trees made from oakleaf hydrangea blooms.  Digitrax DCC powers the layout.
